Hi I own a consignment shop and we do booth rentals as well as offer consignment. Does anyone in the industry know what forms I would need to fill out and or what information I’d need to collect from the consigners and renters? Apparently I’m supposed to fill out a 1099 form if they sell over $600 in a year. Confused would be great if anyone can give me info o. Their experience on how to go about doing the right thing.
